Use one or both.

Live sessions bring the family into the room. File sharing gets every photo and video to them afterwards. Studios pick either one, or both, and a family's code works for everything they get from you.

A live visit, start to finish

Nothing new for your front desk to learn.

  1. They book

    The client picks your session in Square and adds the "Live with family" option. That's the only change to booking.

  2. Family get the link

    An email goes out on its own, from your studio, with the link and a 6-digit code to share.

  3. You press their name

    The patient's name is waiting on the button pad. Press it and the session starts and the TV switches over.

  4. Same code, afterwards

    When you press End, the family see a thank-you from you and a button to their photos and videos.

File sharing

No more USB sticks and email attachments.

After the scan, upload the photos and clips from the machine's export folder. The family gets an email from your studio with their code, and everything is waiting in a private gallery on their phone, ready to save or share.

  • Returning families keep the same code. Each visit gets its own section, newest first.
  • "Download all" puts every file in one download, sorted by visit.
  • Need to hold files back, for an unpaid balance for example? Block the code and show your own message.
  • Live visits land in the same gallery automatically, snapshots included.
In the exam room

Your sonographer never touches a computer.

A small button pad sits next to the ultrasound machine, plugged into the SneakShare box. Today's live patients appear on its keys. Press a name twice to start; hold End for two seconds to finish. Pause hides the scan, the room camera and the microphone from the family instantly, without dropping anyone.

Between sessions the TV shows your machine exactly as it does today. The SneakShare box only takes over the TV while a family is watching.

  1. Today's live patients appear on the keys by appointment time.
  2. Press a name twice to start. The first press lights the key, so a bump never starts a session.
  3. The strip shows who's next. During a session: name, family code and timer.
  4. Status shows the scan signal is ready. During a session the keys become Pause, Snapshot, mic and End (hold 2 seconds).

Built so the TV always works

The box sits between your ultrasound machine and the TV, with ports labeled IN and OUT. If anything ever goes wrong, unplug the two cables and join them with the coupler on its tether: the TV shows the machine directly, like the box was never there.

Privacy and control

The studio stays in charge of the room.

  • The patient's name and date of birth are cropped off the scan before it leaves the room.
  • Each family has its own code, and it only works on your studio's address.
  • Pause is one press. Family see "Paused by your sonographer" until you resume.
  • Everyone joining is told the session may be recorded, and family video is only kept for those who opt in.Soon
  • Files are removed automatically after your retention period.
